The experience at Sherwoods Washington Car Store was fantastic because it was easy from booking my car in for a service, to receiving a reminder the day before and then the whole experience of how great the staff were, how they gave me an update on the progress and how well they explained the findings. I put neither/ or satisfied for cleanliness of vehicle as my car was exactly as I had taken it in so was no cleaner or dirtier everything else absolutely 100% satisfied.
